New comic books arrive weekly and they offer additional comic related items such as action figures, t-shirts, posters, graphic novels, trade paperbacks and more. There is an in-store subscription service for avid collectors.

Cabin Fever Comics offers a story time for children on Tuesday afternoons at 1:00 p.m. and Thursday evenings at 7:00 p.m. In addition, there is a section where kids can color or build a puzzle while parents shop.

Owners, Elizabeth, Brian and Amelia Wells and Marc Brown have a combined experience of 40 plus years in the comic book business. With a sister store, Prairie Dog Comics, in Wichita, KS, they have access to over one million comic books.
